Braised Tilapia

Tilapia is cleaned and wrapped in a layer of egg wash.

Fry the ginger slices in a hot pan with warm oil.

Add the tilapia, fry on both sides until golden brown, and remove.

Leave the bottom oil in the pan and fry the other dry ingredients.

Then pour in the fried fish.

After heating the water, add salt, sugar, and bean paste in sequence.
