Tips:
After the fish is fried, top it with braised sauce to keep the fried fish crispy. If you don’t have a lot of oil or you can’t fry the fish well, you can simmer the fish for 5 minutes while the braised sauce is cooked. When frying fish, add a little salt to the hot oil to reduce the possibility that the fish will become rotten. After frying until one side is cooked, turn off the heat, etc. The temperature is slightly lowered and the fish skin will fall off automatically and then turn it over.
