Braised Tilapia

1. Wash and slice the red pepper, and cut the chives into sections. Dice garlic and ginger and set aside.

2. Tilapia scrape the scales to remove the gills and wash them

3. Heat oil in a pan, add a little salt and ginger slices. The oil must be heated before frying the tilapia

4. Tilapia is fried on both sides and golden brown until cooked, shovel out and set aside

5. Put the red pepper, garlic and ginger into the frying pan and sauté

6. Add the dark soy sauce, sugar, and water to a boil, add the green onions to make a braised sauce

7. Pour the braised braised sauce on the fried tilapia and serve

Tips:

After the fish is fried, top it with braised sauce to keep the fried fish crispy. If you don’t have a lot of oil or you can’t fry the fish well, you can simmer the fish for 5 minutes while the braised sauce is cooked. When frying fish, add a little salt to the hot oil to reduce the possibility that the fish will become rotten. After frying until one side is cooked, turn off the heat, etc. The temperature is slightly lowered and the fish skin will fall off automatically and then turn it over.
