Braised Tofu

500g tofu, cut into pieces, put in water, boil over high heat

Put ml of oil in the pot, add shredded ginger, garlic, tempeh, and bean paste
3.
Pour in tofu cubes and stir fry
4.
Add 5g light soy sauce, 3g salt, 15g water starch, stir fry over high heat to collect the juice
5.
Sprinkle an appropriate amount of crushed sesame pepper on top
