Braised Tofu

Cut the tofu into cubes and steam it in a steamer, about 4-5 minutes

Heat the pot and put in some cooking oil, and deep-fry the steamed tofu into yellow on both sides

Leave an appropriate amount of cooking oil in the pot, and put the auxiliary materials into the oil pot in turn

After the ingredients are sauteed, put the fried tofu into the pot and add a small amount of water (not too much water, the tofu is already cooked, just for seasoning) soy sauce, salt, chicken essence

Put it on the plate, sprinkle with coriander, and braise tofu in soy sauce.
Tips:
You should use less light soy sauce to make it fresh, and less soy sauce, just let it be colored
