Braised Tofu

Wash the tofu, cut into pieces, and steam for 6 minutes after boiling water in a steamer.

Chop the onion, garlic, onion.
3.
Saute the shallots, garlic and onions.
4.
Add tofu, dark soy sauce, soybean paste, a little water, and simmer for 3 minutes.
5.
Out of the pot.
