Braised Tofu

Diced shallots

Cut garlic sprouts into small pieces

Tofu cut into pieces and soak in salted water for more than 1 hour

Pour oyster sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, and chicken essence into the bowl to make a braised sauce

Heat oil in a wok, add diced shallots and sauté
6.
Pour in the tofu cubes and shake gently
7.
Pour the braised sauce
8.
Shake gently
9.
Hook in water starch, sprinkle with garlic seedlings and stir well out of the pot
