Braised Tofu

Cut into four small cubes and put it in a pot and boil it with boiling water to remove the beany.

Drain.

Take a small bowl, add half a teaspoon each of sugar, pepper, and dark soy sauce, add a teaspoon each of light soy sauce and oyster sauce, mix well and set aside.

Mince ginger and garlic.

Pour oil into the pan, add minced ginger garlic and dried chili shells and sauté until fragrant.

Add tofu, stir-fry on medium heat for about 3 minutes, pour the adjusted juice into the pot, turn to low heat and stir-fry, simmer for a while until the juice is dry.
