Braised Tofu

Cut the tofu into 5 cm long pieces. Dip a layer of flour on both sides and place on a plate for later use.

Beat the eggs and add some salt.

Mix well with the sauce: 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of seafood soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of sugar, appropriate amount of salt.

Put oil in the frying pan, warm the oil, put the tofu on the egg liquid, and fry until golden brown on both sides.

Add a tablespoon of oil, heat the oil, sauté the chives, ginger, and minced garlic. Pour in the sauce, add pepper, and stir well for half a bowl of soup.

Add tofu, reduce heat and simmer for four to five minutes, turning halfway to let the soup taste.

After tasting, turn to high heat to harvest the juice, sprinkle in the garlic sprouts, add a little sesame oil, and add some gorgon.

The soup is thickened and served on a serving plate.
