Braised Tofu

Prepare the ingredients, cut the onion, ginger, garlic, pepper and other condiments.

Cut the old tofu into appropriate size cubes.

Put the peanut oil into the pot and pour into the tofu cubes after the oil is 70% hot.

Deep fried into golden brown. Remove the drain oil.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot and sauté the dried chilies, green onions, ginger, garlic, and green chilies.

Pour in the fried tofu cubes.

Pour in half a spoon of dark soy sauce and two spoons of light soy sauce.
