Braised Tofu Cubes

A piece of old tofu, cut into small pieces, and put on a plate.

Cut the ginger into pieces and the garlic into slices.

Cut a plate of green onion.

Heat oil in a pot, add ginger, garlic, and red-oiled watercress, stir fry until fragrant and get a red oil color, add tofu cubes, and mix well.

Add an appropriate amount of water, add a teaspoon of soy sauce, a teaspoon of oyster sauce, five spice powder, a teaspoon of vinegar, a little sugar, and an appropriate amount of salt.

Simmer for 5 minutes to taste, pour in the scallion powder to thicken the juice, sprinkle with chopped green onion.

Tips:
It can also be made with soft tofu, just be careful when mixing.
