Braised Tofu Meatballs with Pork Belly and Kelp

Mash the tofu, add minced meat, dried sea rice, chopped green onion, ginger, chicken essence, salt, dry starch, and flour and stir well.

Pour oil in a pot, heat to 60% heat, add tofu balls and fry them until the surface is golden, remove and set aside.

Pour oil in the pan to heat up, cut the pork belly into small pieces and pour into the pot, add the aniseed and stir fry together with the cinnamon, fry until the pork belly is oily, add the chopped green onion and ginger and fry until fragrant.

Pour in soy sauce, cooking wine, and a little salt and stir well.

Add boiling water and bring to a boil.

Pour the cut diamond-shaped pieces of kelp into a pot and bring to a boil. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour.
