Braised Tofu with Abalone Sauce

Prepare the materials and wash the garlic sprouts for later use.

Chop garlic sprouts and mince garlic.

The tofu is beaten into thicker chunks.

Put oil in the pot and sauté the minced garlic.

Put the tofu into the pot (remember not to flip the shovel).

Turn it over and fry again when it's golden brown.

Add an appropriate amount of water, mix in the abalone juice, light soy sauce, pepper, and gently push the tofu to let the abalone juice blend into the soup.

Simmer for five minutes until the tofu is delicious, add garlic sprouts, gently stir a little dark soy sauce, and add the juice to serve.
