Braised Tofu with Agaricus and Yuyu

Agaricus blazei has been soaked in hot water.

Cut the tofu into small pieces and set aside.

You fish cut into small pieces.

Cut pork into pieces.

Fry the fish over a small fire until fragrant.

Fry tofu until slightly yellow on both sides.

Wash the pot and heat, add oil, green onions, and Agaricus blazei to fragrant.

Add the corn kernels and stir-fry. Bring the water, pork, fish, and tofu to a boil, adjust the flavor, and turn to a small simmer.

When the tofu is flavorful, collect the sauce over high heat, add a small amount of chicken essence, pepper, and sesame oil, stir well, thicken the pot and serve on a plate, sprinkle with chopped green onion.
