Braised Tofu with Assorted Mushrooms and Bacon
1.
Slice old tofu. Cut green onion into small pieces, mince ginger and garlic.
2.
Wash all mushrooms. Remove the roots of Flammulina velutipes and break into small portions, and slice other fungi.
3.
Add a small amount of oil to the pan and fry the old tofu slices until golden on both sides. Start the pot and set aside.
4.
In the same oil pan, add a small amount of olive oil and saute the onion, ginger, and garlic. Pour in the bacon and stir fry for about 5 minutes, or the bacon will become oily.
5.
Add all the mushrooms and stir fry. After the mushrooms come out of water, add the thawed green beans.
6.
Pour in the fried old tofu.
7.
Add appropriate amount of oyster sauce, sugar, and salt to taste. Use starch and appropriate amount of water to make starch water to thicken. Stir-fry evenly, and serve when the soup thickens.
Tips:
1. The recipe makes a big bowl.
2. The old tofu is recommended to be more fragrant and not easy to loose.
3. The amount of oyster sauce and sugar and salt can be put according to personal preference~
