Braised Tofu with Assorted Mushrooms and Bacon

1. Slice old tofu. Cut green onion into small pieces, mince ginger and garlic.

2. Wash all mushrooms. Remove the roots of Flammulina velutipes and break into small portions, and slice other fungi.

3. Add a small amount of oil to the pan and fry the old tofu slices until golden on both sides. Start the pot and set aside.
