Braised Tofu with Bacon

Cut the tofu into small pieces, whatever the shape you want;

Add oil to the frying pan and fry the tofu until golden on both sides;

After frying, add appropriate amount of salt and stir fry for serving;

Cut the green onion into sections, and cut the pepper into sections;

Put the bacon in the pot and stir fry to get the oil;

Add scallion and chili to stir fry for a fragrant flavor;

Add tofu, stir in oyster sauce and sugar and stir-fry, add water (about half of the ingredients), cover and simmer for a few minutes;

When the juice is almost finished, thicken the starch with water, and sprinkle into the green onion.
Tips:
1. My bacon is stored after being steamed. If it has not been steamed, it is best to steam it or boil it in water before cooking.
2. If you want more juice for this dish, you can add more water when stewing.
