Braised Tofu with Bean Paste

Prepare 500 grams of tofu. This tofu is our local tofu. You can also use the tofu you usually eat.

Cut into four small pieces.

Cut green onion into fine pieces.

Chop the garlic and set aside.

Pour oil into the pan and fry the tofu cubes in a non-stick pan.

Fry golden on both sides.

Fry on the side and fry all four sides.

After frying on all sides, take it out of the plate and set aside.

Pour oil into the pan, add garlic, bean paste, and white onions and stir fry together to create a fragrance.

Add a small amount of water, put the tofu cubes in, add two drops of rice wine, add a little salt, add a little ice brown sugar, cover the pot and simmer for 10 minutes, turn it over halfway and simmer for another 6 minutes.

When the water in the pot is dry and only the sauce is left, you can start the pot and put it on the plate.
Tips:
Bean sauce, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce all have a salty taste. Pay attention to the amount of salt.
