Braised Tofu with Crab Mushroom

Prepare materials.

Put the green onion and ginger in the pot and stir fry until fragrant. Add the tofu and shake the frying spoon gently.

When the tofu turns pale yellow, add garlic slices.

Add oyster sauce, salt, broth essence, and water to boil.

Add crab mushrooms and simmer again.

Tips:
If the tofu you buy has a beany smell, you can cook it in hot water before frying.
