Braised Tofu with Crab Mushroom and Braised Pork

Sliced chives

Wash the crab-flavored mushrooms into sections

Chop onion, garlic cloves, and ginger slices, and cut tofu into uniform pieces

Pour peanut oil in a hot pan, add tofu (boil the tofu in boiling water before using), and fry on medium heat until yellow on both sides.
