Braised Tofu with Eight Treasure Sauce

Cut the pork belly into diced meat, cut the cucumber into diced cucumber, cut the garlic clove into minced garlic, and cut the green onion into chopped green onion for later use.

Cut the tofu into 2.5 cm cubes.

Prepare water in a pot, boil the tofu cubes and blanch them for about 1 minute, remove them for use.

Put peanut oil in a separate pot, then add minced garlic and chopped green onion to stir-fry to create a fragrant aroma.

Add pork belly and stir fry until the color turns white.

Add Babao Sauce and stir fry until it is evenly mixed and fragrant.

Put in the tofu cubes, and stir-fry them carefully, so as not to loose the tofu cubes.

Add light soy sauce and appropriate amount of salt, stir-fry evenly.

Add water to the starch to make water starch, pour it into the pot, bring to a boil on low heat until the soup thickens.
10.
Finally, add the diced cucumber and stir-fry evenly to get out of the pan.
Tips:
Don’t buy tofu that is too tender, otherwise it will be easily fried
