Braised Tofu with Fish Flavor and Minced Pork

Prepare the main ingredients.

Cut tofu into pieces.

Pour nine-three corn germ oil into the pot, heat up and add tofu cubes.

Fry the tofu golden on both sides over low fire.

Push the tofu to one side of the pot and add Pixian hot sauce on the other side.

Stir-fry the red oil, add the pork foam and stir-fry until the color changes.

Add soy sauce, sweet and sour salt and a small amount of water.

After boiling, simmer for 5 minutes.

Drain the broth.
Tips:
Both soy sauce and Pixian hot sauce have a salty taste, so add salt according to your personal taste.
