Braised Tofu with Fungus

Prepare the ingredients: Wash the tofu and cut into pieces for later use. Soak the fungus and rinse for later use.

Heat oil in a pan, add tofu and fry until golden brown on both sides.

Add fungus, add appropriate amount of hot water, add appropriate amount of salt and light soy sauce, bring to a boil, turn to medium heat and simmer.
