Braised Tofu with Ginger Sauce

Wash the ingredients, cut red peppers and shallots into small pieces.

Boil the water in a small pot with a little salt, cut the tofu into small cubes, cook for 3 minutes to remove the beany taste, and drain out of the pot.

Heat the pan and add oil, stir fragrant Gingerle sauce.

Add the blanched tofu and burn it to taste.
5.
Add red pepper diced.
6.
Season with pepper and add chopped green onion.
7.
Put it out of the pan and serve it on the plate.
