Braised Tofu with Minced Meat

Rot and cut into small pieces of 1.5 cm square.

Cut the pork into small pieces.

Mince scallion and ginger.

Heat the pan with oil, add the minced ginger to the pan, and then add the pork and stir fry until the oil comes out.

Add the tofu, stir fry, and fry for a while.

Fry until the surface of the tofu just turns yellow, add soy sauce, bean paste, and oyster sauce and stir fry evenly.
