Braised Tofu with Mushroom Meat Sauce

Prepare the ingredients: as shown in the picture, the old tofu is soaked in some salt for a while, drained and cut into small pieces for later use, the mushroom meat sauce is prepared, and the scallions are chopped and prepared.

Heat the pan with cold oil and fry the tofu slightly.

Add the mushroom meat sauce and simmer for a while.

Add appropriate amount of hot water, a little salt and light soy sauce to a boil. Turn to medium heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

Tips:
1. Wash the tofu and soak it in salt water for a while to remove the beany flavor!
2. Mushroom meat sauce is salty, just add a little salt and light soy sauce!
