Braised Tofu with Pea Sprouts

1. One piece of tofu, wash and cut into triangles.

2. Dice the onion, celery and garlic, and cut the onion into sections.

3. Cut the lean meat into thin slices, add the above submerged meat ingredients and let it taste for 10-15 minutes, then add the starch and stir well while sautéing.

4. Pick pea sprouts, wash and drain.

Tips:

1. The tofu is delicious, the lean meat is also salted in advance, and there is no need to add salt in the final pot.



2. When frying lean meat, you must have a high fire to fry the tender and smooth meat.
