Braised Tofu with Pickled Vegetables and Minced Pork

Heat the pan, put a little oil, and fry the tofu into small pieces

Fry until golden brown and turn it over

Leave a little oil in the pan, add minced meat and stir fry

Stir-fry the minced meat and then add minced garlic and red pepper to stir fry

Stir-fry the flavor and add in the topped mustard and continue to stir-fry

Add the right amount of soy sauce and water, and cook for one or two minutes

Tips:
1. I use wood-fired tofu, which is more flexible and does not break easily; if you use ordinary old tofu, it is coated with starch on the surface when frying;
2. Stir-fry the meat first, then saute the garlic, etc., then stir-fry the pickled vegetables. After the pickled vegetables are stir-fried, the astringency will be removed and the taste will be better;
3. Add the tofu that has just been fried, add appropriate amount of soy sauce and water to cook for a while, let it taste, and finally add a little salt to taste.
