Dad loves to drink all his life, and one of his favorite snacks is soy products. Not to mention, soy products are a good choice for wine.
Soy products are rich in protein and fiber. After entering the gastrointestinal tract together with wine, it can alleviate the stimulation of alcohol on the stomach and effectively protect the liver from damage. When cooked with eryngii mushrooms, it tastes very delicious. Moreover, the fungus can also reduce the residence time of alcohol in the stomach.
Every time I go back to my mother's house, I am used to frying two people with wine and food, I am used to having a couple of drinks with my dad, I am used to talking with my dad, and I am used to listening to his father talking about his fishing classics.
