Braised Tofu with Tempeh and Dace

Cut old tofu into pieces. Finely chop the shallots, remove the seeds and cut the dried chilies into sections.

After the canned dace in tempeh is opened, separate the dace and tempeh.

Cut the dace into small pieces.

Put the oil in the wok, add the Pixian bean paste and fry out the red oil, add the tempeh and continue to fry.

Add the old tofu and stir-fry evenly.

Sprinkle with dace cubes, add half a spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of dark soy sauce, and a little salt to taste.
7.
Add less water to the pot to one-third of the tofu, cover the pot and simmer for 2 minutes.
8.
Sprinkle with chopped green onions.
9.
Served with a bowl of white rice, don’t taste too good.
