A friend gave two fresh tongue fishes, which are called Long Liyu. The fish has very high nutritional value, and the meat is fresh and tender, and it is easier to digest and absorb. After the fish is cleaned and braised, it tastes very delicious.

Braised Tongue Fish

1. Scallion ginger garlic ready

2. The tongue fish is cleaned and scaled, and cut in half

3. Wash and chop coriander

4. Heat oil in a pot, add green onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry until fragrant

5. Change the heat to a low heat and add the fish to fry

6. Turn it over and fry it

7. Add beer without fish

8. Add Weijixian soy sauce

9. Add braised sauce

10. Add appropriate amount of salt and simmer over high heat until the soup is dry. Sprinkle with chopped coriander

Tips:

Add beer directly when stewing, it tastes more delicious without adding water.
