Vegetarian chicken is a soy product. It is rich in protein and has the functions of preventing vascular sclerosis, preventing cardiovascular disease, and protecting the heart.

Braised Vegetarian Chicken

1. Wash and slice vegetarian chicken

2. Heat the oil pan, add the vegetarian chicken and fry, fry until both sides are slightly yellow

3. Take a large bowl and enlarge half a bowl of water, add the fried vegetarian chicken, soak for 2 minutes

4. Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add the spices, and fry it for a fragrance

Tips:

Soak the fried vegetarian chicken in clean water, it will taste softer and more waxy.
