Braised Vegetarian Chicken

Wash and slice vegetarian chicken

Heat the oil pan, add the vegetarian chicken and fry, fry until both sides are slightly yellow

Take a large bowl and enlarge half a bowl of water, add the fried vegetarian chicken, soak for 2 minutes

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add the spices, and fry it for a fragrance

Take a small bowl and add 1 spoon of dark soy sauce, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of sugar, half a spoon of oyster sauce and some water

Pour into the pot

Then add the soaked vegetarian chicken, bring to a boil on high heat and turn to low heat

Cook for about 15 minutes, don’t let all the soup dry, save some and take it out of the pot
Tips:
Soak the fried vegetarian chicken in clean water, it will taste softer and more waxy.
