I used to like to eat vegetarian chicken in school, but today I suddenly wanted to do it myself

Braised Vegetarian Chicken

1. Wash the vegetarian chicken for later use

2. Cut the vegetarian chicken into thin slices

3. Pour a small amount of oil into the pan and heat the pan. Put the thinly sliced vegetarian chicken into the pot, and repeatedly turn the vegetarian chicken until the two sides are yellow.

4. Rinse the fried chicken with cold water.

5. Pour a small amount of oil into the pot, heat up, pour in an appropriate amount of white sugar, and stir continuously with a spatula until it melts. Pour the deep-fried ready-to-use vegetarian chicken into the pot and stir-fry thoroughly. Pour an appropriate amount of light soy sauce into the pot and add water and salt. Bring to a boil and collect the juice on low heat.

Tips:

When frying the vegetarian chicken, be careful to turn it over, so as not to burn. And when frying things, be careful that the oil splashes and burns your hands.
