Braised Water Chestnut with Chicken

Prepare chicken water chestnut.

Wash the chicken and stir fry with ginger.
3.
Peel the water chestnut.

Stir-fry the chili, ginger, green onion and bean curd with oil in a pot until fragrant.

Stir-fry the red oil, pour in the sauteed chicken, pour some cooking wine soy sauce and stir fry evenly.

Add water (add enough water at a time), boil over high heat and simmer on low heat.

Add the water chestnut to the stew midway

Finally, add some salt and pepper to the sauce and stir fry evenly.
Tips:
Add enough water at one time to collect the juice from the fire. If it is old water chestnut, simmer it with the chicken for half an hour.
