Braised Water Gluten

Cut the water gluten in half, then cut into thin slices with an oblique knife; cut the cucumber into pieces with a hob, slice the lean meat, and chop the pepper.

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the wok, first put the lean meat in and fry it to change its color.

Add the gluten and stir well.

Add appropriate amount of braised soy sauce to color, and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Sweep the cucumber and pepper into the pot, turn to medium heat, stir fry, and add salt.

Add one tablespoon of water, then cover the pot, simmer for half a minute, then add oyster sauce to get out of the pot
