Stir-fried Gluten with Scallion and Watercress

Tear the gluten into strips along the texture, wash and set aside.

Prepare green peppers, carrots, mushrooms, and onions.

Wash onions, mushrooms, and carrots and cut into shreds; wash and cut green peppers into small pieces for later use.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions.

Pour in shredded mushrooms and carrots and stir-fry.

Pour in the gluten and stir well.

Add Pixian bean paste and stir well.

Pour the green peppers and stir well.
9.
Pour in the light soy sauce to adjust the flavor.

The fried gluten is served on a plate.
