Xiuzhen mushroom contains 3.65-3.88% protein, 1.13-1.18% crude fat, 0.87-1.80% reducing sugar, 23.94-34.87% sugar, 2.64% lignin, 12.85% cellulose, 0.14% pectin, and also contains cellulose, Mineral elements and so on. Braised Xiuzhen Mushrooms

1. Prepare Xiuzhen mushrooms and wash them.
