Braised Yam with Three Sauce

Peel the yam carrot and cut into pieces with a hob. The ingredients are changed to a knife, and the sauce is prepared.

Pour oil in the wok and fry the ginger onions.

Tips:
Yam is easy to change color after peeling, so it can be soaked in water.
The soy sauce itself is relatively salty, so add salt as appropriate.
