Braised Yellow Croaker

Yellow croaker cleaned

Slice green onion, slice ginger,

Heat oil in a wok, add yellow croaker and fry to make golden brown on both sides

Add green onion, ginger, garlic, pepper aniseed, red pepper, and sauté

Add yellow croaker, pour in cooking wine, vinegar, add water, sugar, salt, soy sauce

Bring to a high heat, change to low heat and cook for 7-8 minutes. When a small amount of soup remains, collect the juice on high heat and serve it on a plate
Tips:
I bought frozen yellow croaker with more seasoning. If it is fresh, you can remove the pepper, aniseed and red pepper seasoning.
