Braised Yellow Croaker

1. Yellow croaker cleaned

2. Slice green onion, slice ginger,

3. Heat oil in a wok, add yellow croaker and fry to make golden brown on both sides

4. Hold it out for use

5. Add green onion, ginger, garlic, pepper aniseed, red pepper, and sauté

6. Add yellow croaker, pour in cooking wine, vinegar, add water, sugar, salt, soy sauce

Tips:

I bought frozen yellow croaker with more seasoning. If it is fresh, you can remove the pepper, aniseed and red pepper seasoning.
