Braised Yellow Croaker

Remove the scales and internal organs of yellow croaker, wash and cut into sections. Add scallion ginger and cooking wine and marinate for about 20 minutes.

The marinated yellow croaker uses a kitchen paper towel to absorb the moisture. Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add yellow croaker and fry until golden on both sides, then add star anise, sliced green onion, ginger, and dried chili until fragrant.

Add appropriate amount of hot water to the fish, add dark soy sauce, salt, rock sugar and simmer over medium-low heat.

During the period, I used a spoon to scoop some soup and continuously poured it on the fish. Finally, the juice can be collected over the fire, and the juice should not be too dry. The bibimbap is delicious.
