Tips:
The non-stick pan I used, the flesh of this fish is very firm, there is no dry starch, and the surface can still be fried intact. If you use an iron pan, you can dip a little bit of dry starch on the surface, or you can make the surface of the fish skin intact. Just be careful not to turn it tightly when you just put the pot, you must wait until the shape is finalized before turning it.
