Braised Zucchini with Yuba with Vermicelli

The vermicelli and yuba are soaked in water 1 hour in advance, and the shiitake mushrooms are also soaked in advance. Peel the zucchini and cut into strips, shred the soaked shiitake mushrooms, and cut the yuba into strips (you can tear the soaked yuba by hand)

Shred the lean meat and slice the ham into thin strips

Tips:
Fans and yuba must be soaked in advance. If fans forget to soak, if you want to speed up, you can soak in hot water. There must be enough time for the yuba to cook. If the time is not enough, the taste will not be smooth enough, it will be hard, and not very delicious.
