Bread Machine Version Brushed Coconut Toast
1.
The official production will begin below. First weigh the materials you need, some of them are not photographed in the picture
2.
Put all the ingredients except butter, egg liquid 2 and coconut paste into the bread machine bucket (usually it is liquid first and then solid, in fact, if it is temporarily eaten, it can be put in any way. In a post by a baking expert have witnessed)
3.
First use a self-made dough program. After the program is over, let the dough sit for a while, 5-10 minutes. Then use this procedure again, the dough will look like after this procedure is over
4.
Then put the softened butter in, use two and a half IMix, one is 20 minutes, a total of 50 minutes, and the program stops at the third to ten minutes.
5.
At this time, the dough has come out of the film, and it is in this state.
6.
Then take out the dough and divide it into three parts, roll each part into strips and sprinkle with coconut paste
7.
Then roll up each portion and put it in the bucket of the toaster (I have taken out the mixing knife at this time). It looks ugly, but it doesn't matter, it looks good after the fermentation is complete.
8.
Put the bread bucket back into the bread machine and start the fermentation/baking program (each program is 1 hour and 40 minutes, the first hour is fermentation, and the next 40 minutes is baking) so I sit by the bread machine and check the time. Cancel the baking in one hour, then perform this procedure again, and then cancel the baking in another hour. Do this twice, and then fermented for another 20 minutes, so it fermented for a total of 2 hours and 20 minutes.
9.
I feel dissatisfied with the end of the second fermentation. Sent another 20 minutes
10.
Then brush with egg wash 2 and sprinkle with minced coconut
11.
Finally, start the baking/simmering/cooking program, this program is 30 minutes. I chose a light color for the burnt color, but the color is a bit heavy. It is recommended that you wrap the bread bucket with tin foil before baking, and cover the surface with tin foil when you bake it for the last 10 minutes.
12.
Time is up, it looks like it's baked, I didn't wrap it with tin foil, so the color is very dark.

Look at it
Tips:
1. Please control the fermentation time according to the local temperature. When I made this recipe for the second time, the fermentation failed at the same time, and it was too much!
