Prepare the ingredients

Make custard sauce, 65g milk, 15g high-gluten flour, 10g sugar, 1 egg yolk, put it in a container;

Stir all the raw materials evenly;

Stir while boiling over a low fire until the custard sauce gelatinizes and then it can be removed from the fire. After cooling, it can be used in the refrigerator for one hour;

Select the yogurt fermentation program. This toast will be fermented in 1:10 minutes and then fermented to 70% full. After the fermentation is complete, manually stop the fermentation;
