Bread with Snow Red Salad Dressing

Put sesame oil in the pot, heat the oil and stir-fry with potherb mustard, add appropriate black sesame and mix well.

All dough is operated like this.

Leave it for more than 30 minutes for the second fermentation.

After the second fermentation is complete, cover the bread dough with parchment paper and press another baking sheet.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for about 15 minutes. (The baking tray is not enough, so I only put 6 breads in the end) After baking, take it out immediately, remove the baking paper, and the pie-like snowy red bread is ready!
