Breakfast Buns

Put pure water, corn oil, and sugar into the bread bucket; put the flour, and finally put the yeast powder. Put the bread bucket into the bread machine and start the dough mixing program for about 30 minutes.

Take out the reconciled dough, cover it with plastic wrap, and ferment it once.

Fermented to more than 2 times the size.

Take out the dough and knead it to exhaust.

Divide into small doughs.

Take a dough and roll it out into long pieces.

Put in the washed and pitted red dates.

Roll it up.

Fold in and pinch both ends.

Turn it upside down and serve as a green body.

Do it all in turn.

Place the greens on the baking tray and cover them with plastic wrap for the second fermentation.

The green body fermented to twice its size.

The oven is 180 degrees. Bake the middle and lower layer for 15 minutes.

Take out the baking tray and let cool

Serve ready to serve.
Tips:
1. The amount of yeast powder can be slightly more when it is cold.
2. The temperature of the oven is for reference only.
