Brewed Chicken Nuggets

Wash the drumsticks

Tear the shallots and immerse them in water, prepare ginger slices, star anise and fermented wine juice

Chop the chicken legs and soak them in clear blood water, then wash them and pick them up.

Add soy sauce and dark soy sauce

Pour in the fermented juice and bring to a boil on high heat, cover and turn to low heat for 20 minutes

Add shallots and serve
Tips:
1. Distilled spirits can enhance the flavor and remove fishy, so there is no need to add cooking wine.
2. After the chicken legs are cut into pieces, soak the blood in clean water. If the water is muddy in the middle, pour it out and change it.
