Brine Peanuts

Pick up high-quality large peanuts and wash them. Soak in water in advance (soak for no less than 4 hours).

Add sliced ginger, green onion, aniseed, dried chili, plenty of salt, cold water and cook.

Cook for about 30-40 minutes, turn off the heat and soak.

Cut carrots and celery into cubes about the size of peanuts.
5.
Put the carrots and diced celery in a pot of boiling water, lightly blanch them to remove and cool them.
6.
Pour the cooked peanuts into a basin after cooling and controlling water.
7.
Add carrots and diced celery that have been cooled and controlled with water. Add salt, monosodium glutamate and sesame oil and stir well.
8.
Just install it.
