Fresh peas are on the market. I like to buy some. They are boiled and eaten in salt water. The most primitive way to eat them is to taste the breath of peas themselves. A few friends sit around in a pot, and a pot of peas quickly bottoms out.

Brine Peas

1. Wash the fresh peas and cook a lot at a time without cutting off 2 heads. If you have enough time, you can cut off both ends of the peas to make it easier to taste

2. Put enough water in the pot, after the water is boiled, put in the peas

3. After putting everything in, add salt, cover the pot and cook on high heat for 6 minutes

4. Take it out quickly after it's cooked, don't soak it in the soup

5. The peas cooked in this way won't become puree

Tips:

Boil a pot under water for 6 minutes.
