Combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar through a sieve.

Cut the chilled butter into small pieces, put it in the flour mixture, use a scraper to break the butter, remember not to use your hands directly, because the hand temperature is high. Keep mixing flour and butter until you find a little fluffy.

Break up the eggs, pour in the milk and stir well. Make a nest in the middle of the flour, pour less milk and egg liquid first, and stir with a small spoon. Repeat several times and find that the dough is formed as a whole. Reserve a little milk and egg liquid for later use.

Press the dough into a 1.5-2 cm thick cake by hand. Use a cup to shape the cake. Use a small brush to dip the remaining milk and egg liquid on the cake surface.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and bake for 25 minutes.
Tips:
Butter can’t touch your hands directly; the dough can’t be kneaded like the Chinese way.
