Broad Bean Vermicelli Soup

For the material picture, the vermicelli is soaked in cold water in advance, and the broad beans are peeled.

Change the tomatoes into cubes (one picture is missing). Pour the oil in the wok and heat, and stir-fry the tomato slices for a minute.

Add the broad beans and stir-fry for a while and add purified water. Bring to a boil, turn to low heat and cook for a few minutes.

Add the vermicelli, Xiaoyan will cook the vermicelli thoroughly, pour the gorgon juice, add salt and a little light soy sauce, and pour sesame oil out of the pot.

According to your own taste, you can add a little pepper or leave it alone.
Tips:
I use fresh broad beans, if dried beans, soak them in advance.
