Broad Beans with Scallion Oil

Prepare broad beans and green onion for later use

Heat oil in a pan, and saute the chopped green onion first

Add the broad beans and stir fry for a while

After the broad beans turn color, pour in the light soy sauce

Add hot water

Cover the lid, simmer until the water is dry, add salt and stir well.

Out of the pot
Tips:
When choosing broad beans, it is best to choose the ones with fuller grains, uniform size, and no black spots on the shell.
